Two members had notified Mr Slettom that they would not be able to attend the first meeting: Ellie Lanphier, Christina Little, and Clark Myers. Those present were given the following handouts. 1994 RUDAT Report 2005 Final Design Council Action form and Exhibit A of the resolution. This was the first meeting of DtRAHC Members present were reminded to turn in their Oath of Office to the City Clerk if they had not done so already Councilor Miguel Silva gave some welcoming remarks. Those present introduced themselves and gave a history of their involvement in the downtown revitalization process. One appointee, Monty Sarvo, resigned from the committee. The Alameda Depot Civic Association will submit another applicant. William Slettom gave a short PowerPoint presentation on the history of planning in Las Cruces. Goals and objectives were briefly discussed in broad terms. A Chair and Vice-Chair will be selected at a future date. It was agreed that the designated time and place was convenient.
