It has been a great pleasure working with all of you and the people of Las Cruces. Eddie Garcia will be the new LCYBA President. I believe the LCYBA board made a good, sound decision filling my position. I would like to assure all those involved in LCYBA that Eddie Garcia and the rest of the board will continue the philosophy that has made this league great. LCYBA realizes that customer satisfaction is very important to the leagues success. They also realize who the customers are, the Managers, Coaches, Parents and kids who participate in LCYBA. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will find Eddie to be a man who cares about this league and those kids who participate. You will also find that Eddie will be someone who is cooperative and easy to work with. Enclosing, like myself, Eddie is only one person and we all know that it takes the entire board to run a successful league. In my opinion you will find no better group of board members that truly define the meaning of "Team Work". Respectfully, TiLCYBA President
