June 30, 2017 -Approved, noted misspelling of Beth Vasco-Mock's name 31 32 Discussion Items: 33 1. Volunteer Coordinator: Vic Villalobos mentioned he is in the process of hiring a 34 volunteer coordinator. Still looking for a rescue coordinator. Vic was serving as 35 the temporary volunteer coordinator to help out in the interim. 36 2. Acting Directors — Paul Richardson and Bernice Navarro will be sharing the 37 director duties upon Dr. Beth's departure. Paul will be the "shelter" director and 38 Bernice will be the "administrative" director. 39 3. Fix & Chip — Discussion was held on the mandatory "Fix & Chip" program and 40 educating animal owners. 41 4. Impound Sheets — County needs more impound sheets, running out before the 42 end of the month. This process may be changing after August 11th. Impound 43 process was discussed, including the need for tools that the ACO's need to do 44 the job better (electronic forms and being able to do the work on tablets). 5.
